Welcome to Hypaflow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and RootBase LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 12327013).

By accessing Hypaflow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use Hypaflow.

Registration: To access the Library, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

No Sharing: Your account is for your use only. Sharing login credentials or "reselling" access to the library is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without a refund.

2. Subscriptions & Payments
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled via your account dashboard or by emailing support@usehypaflow.com.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

Finality: After the 14-day window, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property
Our Content: We own the IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) in the Hypaflow platform, our code, our brand, and the specific "template" files we provide.

Third-Party Brand Inspiration: Our Service includes ad frameworks inspired by public transparency libraries (like the Meta Ad Library). Hypaflow does not claim ownership of the original brand assets (logos, images, or copy) of the companies used as examples (e.g., HelloFresh, Shopify). These are used for illustrative and educational purposes under "Nominative Fair Use."

Your License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates to create ads for your own business or your clients' businesses. You may not repackage or resell our templates as a competing library.

4. Third-Party Tools (Canva & Figma)
Hypaflow provides "1-click" deployment to third-party platforms like Canva and Figma. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Canva or Figma. Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and may require separate accounts (free or paid).

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Use any automated system (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to "bulk download" or harvest the library.

Use Hypaflow to build a competing product or service.

Decompile or reverse-engineer the Hypaflow software.

Represent that you own the rights to the underlying frameworks provided by Hypaflow.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS." While we strive for 99% uptime and vetted frameworks, we do not guarantee that the templates will result in specific ROAS or conversion metrics. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and access the library will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
